Why ICPC
A practical entry point into a world with no obvious door.
ICPC is designed for students and young professionals who want to understand how policy, politics and governance actually function.
Structured online training, mentorship, group exercises and an in-office internship on live mandates turn curiosity into practical understanding.
“The country is being shaped right now. Help someone be in the room.”
Programme structure
Three modules. One pathway.
Three months of flexible online learning build the foundation; a one-to-three-month in-office internship puts it to work. Select a stage to see how the journey progresses.
1 month · Online · Self-paced
Foundation Training

Democracy and the Constitution
Decoding how power is structured, and how Parliament actually moves.
Caste, society and history
Reading the social arithmetic that decides elections.
Campaigns and communication
Engineering narratives that cut through and mobilise voters.
Political intelligence and research
Ground intelligence, verified, documented and turned into decisions.
Economics, data and AI
Budgets, datasets and AI tools, read and used like a strategist.
Who you can refer
Potential matters more than prior experience.

Mentorship
People who have done this work, guiding participants through it.
